Stunning views from rooms, charming on-site restaurant, outdoor pool facilities

Wi-Fi connectivity could really use a boost!!! Noise from the main road made relaxation difficult, while the limited parking availability during peak times created additional stress. A fitness center would likely enhance the overall experience!!!

I really enjoyed my two nights at this hotel because it was super close to the city center and I loved the stunning views of Lake Lugano, making my walks even more enjoyable. The friendly staff gave me a free transportation ticket which was a nice bonus during my explorations.

The pool area was refreshing and a great place to unwind after exploring. I appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift in our room that made us feel truly valued as guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, where the well-appointed room offered breathtaking views of the lake from the balcony. I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for one night and it was super comfy! The bed was amazing—definitely needed that after traveling. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. I really loved the stylish decor too. Just a little bit cramped, but not a dealbreaker. The staff was really good, really went out of their way to help, like this one time they brought us extra towels without us even asking! Plus the complimentary mini bar was a nice surprise, fully stocked every day, who doesn't love that?
